Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of HolyGrail Guitar Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter

Free Entry: Each participant may submit one free entry using the form located at the bottom of this page. No purchase necessary to enter or win.

Paid Entry: Increase your odds of winning and purchase additional entries at a rate of $2 per entry through our website. Discounts available for multiple entries. There is no limit to the number of paid entries an individual may submit.

All entries, paid and free, will have an equal chance of winning. Entries received beyond the stated limits will be void.

Entry Period

The giveaway begins on November 1st, 2024, at 12:00 AM and ends on the last day of each month at 11:59 PM. A winner will be drawn on the first of each month. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM on the last day of the month to be eligible.

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Submitting multiple paid entries increases your chances of winning.

Prize

The prize for this giveaway is one custom HolyGrail Telecaster guitar body, which will vary each month. Photos of the featured guitar body will be provided in advance of the drawing. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

Winner Selection and Notification

One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will take place on the first of each month. The winner will be notified via email within 1 day of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 5 days of notification, a new winner may be selected.

Claiming the Prize

The winner must respond to the notification within 5 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this time-frame, they forfeit the prize, and a new winner may be selected. The prize will be shipped to the winner's address upon confirmation.

General Conditions

The sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway if it becomes compromised in any way, including but not limited to technical failures or unauthorized intervention. By entering, participants agree to abide by these official rules and the sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all respects.

Limitation of Liability

By participating in this giveaway, participants agree that HolyGrail Guitar Company and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

Privacy

Any personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for contacting the winner and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

Winner Announcement

The winner's first name, city, and state will be posted on HolyGrail's website and social media platforms. Winners may also submit a photo of themselves holding the prize to receive one free entry in the next drawing. If the winner prefers to remain anonymous, they must notify the sponsor at the time of claiming their prize.
